Position Overview
Join our team as an Account Executive (Business Development) in our Staffing Agency. Founded 20+ years ago, our firm has built its reputation on expertise in talent recruitment, project management, and workforce solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing in Technology contract business and strengthening client relationships, all while delivering custom talent solutions for our clients’ unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring in Technology contract business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Grow and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years direct Account Management or 360 full-desk recruiting background from a Staffing Agency in the Technology Contract space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes.
- Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
- Experience building a desk from scratch and managing a book of business in Technology.
