Warehouse Inventory Control Tech-4PM

Position Overview

Position: Warehouse Inventory Control. This role involves compiling and maintaining records for both physical and virtual product inventories through daily cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration. You will manage data concerning ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products. Work hours are Shift 4PM-2:30AM on Tue-Thu and Sat. Compensation: $20/HR DOE, Pay Range: $16.97 - $28.65.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records
• Assemble data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports
• Determine stock supply and identify need for replenishment
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues
• Ensure correct product ID by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting in physical inventories
• Verify shipping orders by reviewing stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other reference materials
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Ability to understand instructions in the Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage while using company-provided personal protective equipment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (weight requirements may vary upon facility)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shifts, including weekends if needed
