Job Description

Position Overview

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions (CPS) is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness, lead generation, and digital performance across our Connectivity & Power Solutions business. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through market research, campaign development, and performance tracking.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from our offices located at Location: 101 Kestrel Drive Collegeville, PA, 19426.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue, Leads, Brand Awareness: Manage the day-to-day production of internal and external marketing and communication projects as they relate to the marketing calendar. Drive incremental revenue and leads through digital channels and reinforce brand awareness.
  • Online Brand Management: Ensure that all online customer touchpoints align with CPS brand strategy.
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the CPS Marketing team to execute the digital components of marketing campaigns, including coordinating and deploying digital advertising campaigns and assets (emails, social media posts, web banners, web pages, etc.).
  • Site Optimization: Optimize the user experience by identifying critical conversion and drop off points, then continually refining the user funnel.
  • Website Marketing: Leverage e-commerce site tools to prioritize high-margin and key brands, and use on-site advertising spots to promote brands in alignment with marketing contributions and company objectives.
  • Enhancements: Identify, research, and test new digital channels and tools to maximize returns.
  • Maintain Online Resource Libraries: Oversee the consolidated CPS resource library for internal and external use, ensuring video and PDF content maintain the brand’s voice and identity; manage agencies or third parties as needed.
  • Hubspot CRM Management: Own and manage the Hubspot CRM tool along with associated customer records, email lists, landing pages, surveys, etc.
  • Marketing Planning: Participate in overall marketing strategy planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Required: 3–5 years in digital marketing, demand generation, or a comparable role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and data to measure performance and guide decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot & Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
