Position Overview

ForgeFit supplies premium fitness equipment to gyms, studios, and training facilities nationwide. As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at ForgeFit, you will be the voice of the company—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers from order to installation and beyond. Representing a trusted partner in the fitness industry, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to quickly track and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Proactively follow up on customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with ForgeFit’s product lines and service policies

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using CRM or support tools
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus
