Position Overview
JMARK is an IT managed services provider headquartered in Springfield, Missouri with a secondary office in Tulsa, Oklahoma and a widespread network of full-time remote employees. The Director of Marketing is responsible for executing JMARK’s marketing strategy—focusing on generating qualified leads, elevating brand presence, and enhancing both internal and client communications. This role manages the day-to-day marketing operations, overseeing campaign execution across digital, content, email, and event channels while collaborating closely with Sales leadership to optimize funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow JMARK’s brand and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) aligned with target customer profiles.
- Lead campaign creation across digital, content, email, and event channels to ensure measurable lead generation and enhanced brand visibility.
- Allocate 20% of marketing efforts towards internal communications and client engagement initiatives to reinforce company culture and customer loyalty.
- Utilize AI-powered tools, marketing automation platforms, and real-time analytics to personalize outreach, optimize performance, and improve conversion rates.
- Define and monitor KPIs for all campaigns and regularly evaluate ROI to adjust strategies effectively.
- Ensure consistency in brand standards, messaging, and creative execution across all platforms, including PR and co-marketing programs with vendors.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align on funnel definitions, enhance MQL-to-SQL conversions, and develop account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Lead trade show strategy and digital event execution to boost market engagement and brand positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis on an annual or as-needed basis to maintain an innovative marketing approach.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources, balancing long-term strategic goals with near-term pipeline performance.
- Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team through collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Partner with other departments, executives, and external stakeholders—including partner brands and vendors—to support strategic growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience analyzing large data sets and forming strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Passionate customer advocacy with a deep understanding of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management.
- In-depth knowledge of changing marketing dynamics and experience with both interactive and traditional marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience in strategy development, project execution, and team management.
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly with proficiency in generating metrics and reports using tools like Excel.
- Familiarity with various online tools, including top-tier Content Management Systems, funnel management tools, CRM, web analytics, SEM platforms, and social media management platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
Supervisory Responsibility
Manage one or more teams by coaching, monitoring their progress, and ensuring the collective success of personal, team, department, and company objectives. Lead the team in delivering best-in-class services to internal and external clients.
