Digital Print Operator/Graphic Designer

Position Overview

Immediate full-time Digital Print Operator/Assistant Graphic Designer opening at Sir Speedy Printing Boston. Located in the heart of the Back Bay at 827 Boylston St (directly next to the Apple Store) and conveniently close to the Orange & Green lines, this role requires an experienced candidate who can efficiently operate digital copying machines. The work environment is fast-paced yet highly cooperative, with the need to switch gears at a moment’s notice.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a full service, high-volume print shop
• Proficiency in operating digital copiers (Xerox, Heidelberg, IR8500, etc.)
• Proven knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and Microsoft Office applications
• Full understanding of desktop publishing, offset printing processes, digital graphic file types, and procedures on both Mac and PC platforms
• Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work independently
