Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as an AI/ML Specialist, where you will harness applied machine learning to tackle complex, real-world challenges using customer and transactional data. You will leverage advanced ML tools and frameworks to develop scalable solutions across diverse data pipelines. Salary: $110,000 - $200,000 a year

Required Qualifications

• AI/ML Expertise: 6 to 8 years of experience in applied machine learning focused on real-world datasets, especially customer and transactional data.
• ML Tools & Frameworks: Proficient in Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with embedding models (e.g., BERT, Sentence Transformers) and vector search tools (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Prompt engineering and few-shot learning strategies for enterprise augmentation use cases.
• Data Pipelines: Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Elastic/SOLR, and data wrangling using pandas, Dask, or Spark.
• MLOps & Deployment: Familiarity with ML flow, Airflow, Docker, and Git-based workflows.
