Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Assist the Social Media Coordinator by engaging with followers through comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
• Utilize tools like Canva to create high-quality, eye-catching graphics and video content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and new content series to increase brand awareness and follower growth.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI software (Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging social media content.
• Solid understanding of social media metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Canva and social media scheduling platforms (is a plus).
• At least some experience in social media management at an agency or across multiple industries.
