Group Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a Group Product Marketing Manager with deep marketing experience and a strong passion for building and scaling products. In this role, you will lead the product marketing for one of monday’s core products, manage a team of top product marketers to deliver on the company’s objectives, and make a meaningful impact on one of the largest industries in the world.
You will own the product’s GTM strategy and launches, shape the overarching product story, influence the product roadmap, and play a key role in domain-level decision making to drive sustainable product growth. Additionally, you will work within a company that values initiative, innovation, and accountability while providing flexible work arrangements and a collaborative work environment.
Location: NYC office; Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week in-office; Compensation: $230,000-$275,000 base salary plus potential discretionary bonus and equity (for New York City-based hires only).

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product marketing domain strategy, goals, roadmap, and priorities; build clear quarterly and annual marketing plans that align with company and domain objectives.
- Define the GTM strategy, buyer segmentation, and key differentiators; leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive signals to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and communicate the domain’s product narrative, positioning, and value drivers to ensure a compelling and differentiated customer promise.
- Lead product launch strategy and execution, including creation of messaging, sales collateral, and ensuring strong GTM alignment across channels and teams.
- Utilize customer and field insights to influence domain decisions and the product roadmap.
- Develop global PMM talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance management while ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Create frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks, and lead internal knowledge sharing initiatives including the PMM Guild strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing to foster alignment and drive effective execution.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market roles within SaaS or technology companies.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, including senior-level marketers.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product marketing for complex products, from strategy development to execution.
- Hands-on experience with SLG models at scale and close collaboration with Sales and GTM teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decisions across product, GTM, and marketing functions.
- Deep expertise in defining ideal customer profiles (ICP) and market segmentation strategies.
- Strong aptitude for data-driven decision making and identifying business opportunities through insights.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality PMM outputs such as messaging documents, demos, talk tracks, and collateral.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in working with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
