Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing marketing initiatives including proposals, client presentations, social media content, website updates, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and design proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and client presentations
  • Design visually compelling layouts for proposals, presentations, and digital/print collateral
  • Conduct market research and maintain marketing databases
  • Create high-quality graphics to communicate design concepts and enhance marketing materials
  • Collaborate with team members to execute engaging visual content for social media, websites, and client outreach
  • Support business development efforts in coordination with firm leadership
  • Update resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to meet client-specific requirements
  • Assist in firm-wide activities including meetings, events, and outreach initiatives
  • Manage website content and social media platforms, including content scheduling and design
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials
  • Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
  • Confident communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity for high-quality deliverables
  • Experience in business development and marketing strategy
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Professional experience in a relevant field with a focus on collaborative fit
  • Degree in a related field from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
