Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing marketing initiatives including proposals, client presentations, social media content, website updates, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and design proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and client presentations
- Design visually compelling layouts for proposals, presentations, and digital/print collateral
- Conduct market research and maintain marketing databases
- Create high-quality graphics to communicate design concepts and enhance marketing materials
- Collaborate with team members to execute engaging visual content for social media, websites, and client outreach
- Support business development efforts in coordination with firm leadership
- Update resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to meet client-specific requirements
- Assist in firm-wide activities including meetings, events, and outreach initiatives
- Manage website content and social media platforms, including content scheduling and design
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Confident communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity for high-quality deliverables
- Experience in business development and marketing strategy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Professional experience in a relevant field with a focus on collaborative fit
- Degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
