Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more project work streams using Huron approaches and tools.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership to design and implement effective solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
• Apply proven methodologies to address complex business challenges in the healthcare sector.
• Drive professional development and contribute to a culture of innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute workplans to manage multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency.
• Proven critical thinking and data analysis skills with the ability to develop sustainable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience applying methodologies and best practices to implement effective business solutions.
• Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience, preferably within healthcare or consulting.
• Experience in a client-facing, professional services environment with strong ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• US Work Authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a matrixed organization.

• Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 with an estimated total compensation range of $112,000 - $153,400.
