Position Overview
Located in St. Louis, Technology Advisory is on a mission to harness innovation and technology to revolutionize businesses. The Enterprise Architecture practice serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders by defining and implementing architectures that drive value, manage complexity, and harmonize IT environments. This role is pivotal in helping clients articulate a compelling, business‑driven vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead large‐scale technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate Accenture’s role as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders by defining and implementing enterprise architectures that drive business value, manage complexity, and accelerate IT harmonization.
- Lead the design and/or implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps.
- Evaluate the technology portfolio to identify opportunities to reuse, replace, or modernize architectural components for strategic impact.
- Assess the influence of clients’ business strategies on their architecture landscape, encompassing organization, information, infrastructure, and applications.
- Identify and define essential enterprise architecture capabilities, including roles, processes, and skills.
- Lead the creation of architecture blueprints and roadmaps for complex and extensive technology environments.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics and emerging technology trends to recommend strategic changes in existing enterprise architectures.
- Drive large‑scale technology transformations that deliver business value through effective evolution and management of enterprise architectures.
- Leverage the global network to harness expertise and cultivate enterprise architecture insights.
- Maintain and expand expertise in enterprise architecture assets, frameworks, patterns, and governance.
- As a Manager, lead a major workstream, ensuring overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members.
- Drive the development of thought leadership, innovative assets, and offerings that provide guidance on market‑relevant enterprise architecture topics.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients, including developing C‑suite relationships and fostering a spirit of collaboration.
