Position Overview

The Program Management Subcontract Manager Level 5 is responsible for overseeing and executing complex subcontract/PO negotiations and resolving issues related to subcontract execution. The role demands effective cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and mentorship in procuring and managing subcontracts while ensuring smooth operations and supply base management, including travel (up to 10 trips).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex subcontract/PO negotiations to secure favorable terms and outcomes.
• Resolve complex issues associated with subcontract execution while collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas.
• Lead projects and mentor peers and subordinates on best practices for procuring and managing subcontracts.
• Build consensus and shape cross-functional communication to drive project success.
• Oversee supply base management and travel coordination, ensuring efficient and timely operations.

• Proven experience in complex subcontract and PO negotiations.
