Job Description

Position Overview

Reporting to the Production Line Leader, you will be a key player keeping our maintenance operations running like clockwork. You will plan and schedule preventive (PM), corrective (CM), and predictive (PdM) maintenance activities, ensuring every detail—from safety to parts—is covered. You will dive into equipment reliability data, recommend improvements, and collaborate across production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure planned work is executed on time. You will also manage vendor accountability and drive efficiency in our maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Functional Location Structure and equipment list in SAP.
  • Build and maintain PM task lists and plans in SAP to keep everything organized.
  • Review open work requests daily and provide feedback when requests are rejected.
  • Plan every detail of work orders: safety, quality, timing, technical documents, technicians, parts, work instructions, and more.
  • Inspect work sites and collaborate with technical experts during planning.
  • Manage the work order backlog and set priorities that keep operations moving.
  • Partner with the MRO Storeroom to ensure parts are "kitted" and ready for planned work.
  • Follow corporate MP&S system and SAP Plant Maintenance standards to maintain consistency.
  • Prepare and lead weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Communicate schedules and high-priority work orders to Maintenance and Operations teams.
  • Advise planned downtime to maximize productivity and minimize disruption.
  • Coordinate contractor services when needed to complete planned maintenance.
  • Track and report Work Management system metrics, then recommend improvements to boost performance.
  • Join Maintenance and Operations DDS meetings and assist with breakdown analysis when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and parts
  • CMMS experience; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
