Position Summary: We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The Stand Up Forklift Operator will be responsible for shipping and receiving ocean freight containers and trailers at our Jacksonville, Florida facility on the Northside. The ideal candidate is responsible, committed to quality service, and can operate a stand-up forklift. You will be on your feet all day standing or walking on the concrete floor in our 55,000 square foot warehouse. You must be comfortable working in multiple temperatures.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload ocean containers.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any inventory or product discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proven Shipping and Receiving experience.
• Must be reliable and flexible with schedule.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness and ability to work professionally with all personality types.
• Excellent attendance record.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Stand-up forklift experience is required.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday – 3:00 pm to 1:30 am plus OT as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with receiving by case count is a plus.
• Previous experience loading ocean containers for shipments to Puerto Rico.
