Position Overview
At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. We are searching for top talent for the Account Executive role located in New York City. As part of our innovative MedTech Sales team, you will drive the sale of cutting-edge vision treatment products and work collaboratively with internal sales specialists to deliver breakthrough healthcare solutions. Location: New York, New York, United StatesSchedule: Full-Time with 35-40% overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales goals through the execution of U.S. marketing plans using a creative, consultative, and value-based sales approach.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support regarding surgical and refractive techniques, including in-service training and educational programs.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales, procedural, and financial presentations to new and existing customers.
- Utilize the Customer Resource Management system and manage field assets, including product consignments and samples, within budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with sales specialists and strategic partners to maximize customer satisfaction and market share growth.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of professional selling experience.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and support company goals.
- Ability to travel, including overnight and weekend trips as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications: Surgical O.R. experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on increasing customer value and market share.

- Salary: $81K - $131100 per year
