Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level project manager to help coordinate and drive the successful delivery of an ambitious multi-product documentation and learning platform. You will be the organizational backbone that keeps our project moving forward — working across engineering, design, product, and stakeholders to ensure we ship quality work on time, within scope, to solve our user's problems. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and track work across sprints, milestones, and releases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers that slow down progress or create dependencies
- Facilitate communication through standups, planning sessions, and status updates
- Monitor project health by tracking timelines, scope, risks, and resource allocation
- Document processes and decisions to keep the team aligned and informed
- Manage schedules and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Flag risks early and work with the team to develop mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage complex information
- Comfortable with project management tools and methodologies
- Natural inclination toward structure and process
- Clear and concise communication skills across all levels
- Skilled at running productive meetings and keeping discussions on track

- Diplomatic when navigating conflicting priorities
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented when obstacles arise
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and adapt plans accordingly
