Job Description

Position Overview

Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry's Inc.) is a modern CPG company behind brands like Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Our mission is to "Create Things People Like More." We’re seeking a performance-driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to scale Lume + Mando’s creator program across both UGC and paid campaigns. In this hands-on role, you will source and manage creators, coordinate campaigns from outreach to delivery, and turn content into a growth engine for both acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, vet, and onboard creators for both UGC production and paid influencer campaigns.
  • Manage campaign workflows including outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback, and deliverable tracking.
  • Build and send campaign briefs, secure internal approvals, and ensure content meets FTC guidelines and brand usage terms.
  • Maintain organized trackers for live dates, deliverables, discount codes, and tracking links to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, product shipments, link/code generation, and payments.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance (including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and engagement) and compile key learnings.
  • Identify high-performing creators for future paid placements, affiliate opportunities, or long-term partnerships.
  • Support creative testing (messaging, offers, formats) and analyze results to inform scaling decisions.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Affiliate teams to maximize UGC and paid content impact.
  • Coordinate with agencies, platforms, or vendors to ensure efficient campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC production, partnerships, or digital marketing (agency or DTC/e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Passionate about creator content with the ability to spot talent on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; experience with Shopify, Looker, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record in building lasting creator relationships.
  • A performance-minded marketer with a passion for achieving measurable results.
  • A zero-ego team player, ready to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compensation: Base salary range of $56,100 - $66,000 (Tier 1) with final offers based on location, skill level, and experience.
  • Eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA. Tier details: Tier 1 – NYC Metro Area; Tier 2 – Boston, D.C., & Seattle; Tier 3 – All other eligible US cities.
