Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to senior managers in developing sales-driving initiatives.
  • Independently solve critical business challenges and contribute real value to the team.
  • Engage with cross-functional partners across sales, marketing, finance, strategy, and supply chain.
  • Develop detailed strategic analyses and recommendations using various data systems.
  • Deliver a comprehensive recommendation presentation to senior leadership at the end of the internship.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional literacy with experience working alongside Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to plan and develop annual plans and forecasts incorporating Sales and Marketing insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for influencing and educating stakeholders.
  • Resilience and a bias for action in overcoming obstacles and driving business results.
  • Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree within one (1) year of internship completion or currently pursuing a marketing or business-related degree with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • This position is limited to persons with an indefinite right to work in the United States.

  • Compensation: $21.60 - $33.20 hourly (based on role, degree discipline, degree level, and location)
