Position Overview
Customer Support (Prominent Cruise Line Client) – Work remotely through the Arise® Platform supporting a well-known cruise line serving Spanish-speaking customers. Earn income from home by providing virtual customer service without the hassle and expense of a daily commute. Please note that training and certification are mandatory prior to earning (which may be unpaid) and could require ongoing renewal. Certification courses may range from short sessions to six-week durations (live or self-paced), and a $19.75 Platform Usage Fee is charged per active agent each billing cycle. Payment rates are determined between the Service Partner and the agent, and geographic or scheduling restrictions may apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls in both English and Spanish from customers arranging cruise vacations.
- Assist travel agent partners with booking inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to internal departments or customers for updates and clarifications.
- Redirect calls to the appropriate departments or account representatives.
- Deliver informed, friendly support while managing various systems.
- Provide calm, professional service to a diverse range of callers.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a cheerful demeanor.
