They monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, thereby enabling intervention during life-threatening or emergency situations. They work in hospitals and may float as needed to Telemetry or Med Surg units.</p>

  <ul style="padding-left:20px; margin:10px 0;">
    <li style="margin:8px 0;"><b>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)</b> – 4-Year Education</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;"><b>Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)</b> – 2-Year Education</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as an RN.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Must hold an active state license.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">ACLS certification is often required.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Recent experience and flexible schedule required.</li>
