Compensation: $17.95/hr - $21.63/hr (Based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Billing - Create and manage client invoices, credit memos, and ensure precision in all billing for shows, rentals, and sales
- AR Transactions - Enter and apply payments, update records in the accounting system, and post to the general ledger
- Deposit & Payment Tracking - Process daily deposits, manage prepayments, and validate credit card documentation
- Client Account Management - Maintain account files, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies directly with clients
- Reporting & Reconciliation - Analyze aging reports, flag collection risks, and support month-end close tasks
- Credit & Collections - Support credit reviews and follow-ups on overdue balances, preparing documentation for management as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support
- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for process improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with accounting systems, Excel, and reconciliations
- A collaborative spirit who enjoys working across departments and with external partners
