ERP Manufacturing Administrator & Implementation Specialist

Position Overview

We’re seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to support our Acumatica ERP implementation and ongoing optimization. This role reports to the Plant Manager and CFO and works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and IT teams. This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate manufacturing/inventory data in Acumatica.
• Develop processes for manufacturing and shipping; create SOPs and training materials.
• Train users and provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and facilitate KPI/dashboard reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years ERP implementation/support experience in manufacturing/distribution.
• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, ISO standards (ISO 13485 preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SQL, and cloud-based ERP systems (Acumatica strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
