Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing and growing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance. Day-to-day tasks include designing social media posts, developing creative marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams to align content with overall marketing goals, and monitoring platform analytics to optimize reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in landscaping, outdoor design, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
