Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and lead the digital team to develop client strategy and execute overarching brand campaigns with an emphasis on results-driven tactics, excellent client service, and effective budget management.
- Manage day-to-day workflows across direct reports, peers, clients, vendors, and freelancers while reporting to the VP.
- Strategize, ideate, and lead the execution of social influencer, organic social, promotional, and paid social media campaigns, including programmatic initiatives as needed.
- Educate internal teams and clients on performance metrics for social, display, and influencer initiatives.
- Assist with social listening, monitoring, and reporting deliverables while analyzing campaign metrics to ensure continuous optimization.
- Take an active leadership role in client meetings and calls—presenting actionable items, recaps, and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor industry trends in the digital, social media, and influencer marketing spaces to identify new opportunities.
- Manage up by effectively communicating issues and successes to senior staff.
- Mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback and bi-annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6+ years’ experience in digital/social media, preferably with agency experience in the beauty and/or healthcare industries.
- At least 1-2+ years of Influencer Marketing experience, including vetting, auditing, packaging, contracting, and relationship-building, with proficiency in influencer tools.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong written communication, creative concepting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Proven problem-solving skills to improve team efficiency and workflow.
- Ability to prioritize exceptional client partner service in a fast-paced digital and PR environment.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and familiarity with SEM/SEO and programmatic display advertising.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various social media and scheduling tools (e.g., Meltwater, Fohr, Sprout).
