Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive training on a wide range of AAA products and services to confidently engage with members and support individual and team cross-selling goals.

- Deliver exceptional service in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and billing inquiries, and other member services (such as passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties).
- Perform both routine and advanced tasks in support of agents and team members.
- Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
- Maintain availability during branch hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm; closed on weekends and most holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
- Advanced customer service skills coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work overtime and travel locally when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office basics and a proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
- Adaptability to change and the capacity to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Ability to qualify for a Property and Casualty License.
