Regional Manager - Logistics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple branch locations. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, manage personnel, and drive performance across dispatch, customer service, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple branches within the assigned region.
• Manage and support branch-level staff including dispatchers, customer service representatives (CSRs), and other team members.
• Coordinate and dispatch work to independent contract drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with company objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team meetings to maintain high standards of performance and morale.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or courier services, preferably in a multi-site management role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispatch systems and driver coordination is a plus.
