Position Overview

Gotham Greens is seeking a strategic Brand and Content Marketing Manager to elevate our digital presence and drive growth. This full-time, experienced role is based at our Headquarters - New York, NY and offers compensation that is Undisclosed. You will report to the Director of Marketing, working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand advocacy and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the editorial content calendar for all social media platforms to support large-scale brand initiatives and cultural moments.
  • Drive high-quality communications and engaging content across Gotham Greens’ digital properties, ensuring consistency in our brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Write, edit, curate, schedule, and publish original content that reflects our unique brand tone and voice.
  • Create, edit, and produce videos and photography for digital channels while managing social giveaways and brand collaborations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, while monitoring, listening, and engaging with our online community.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and website performance.
  • Manage all content updates on gothamgreens.com, troubleshoot website issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Stay current on SEO best practices, perform keyword research, and implement audits to improve search rankings.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing, social media, and content development within high-growth food or consumer products brands.
  • Proven expertise in managing major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills combined with an eye for design; experience in photography and social video editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with email newsletters, CMS, and analytics tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword strategies, with the ability to balance them with brand voice and editorial clarity.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, present actionable insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for food, wellness, and sustainability, with a keen interest in emerging digital trends and technology.
