We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Commercial Lines Sales Executives and carrier partners. This role involves placing new business, servicing existing clients, and building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Market new and renewal business to carriers—independently and alongside Sales Executives and Marketers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives on strategies for new and renewal accounts.
- Prepare proposals and renewal summaries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Handle confidential information with care.
- Deliver high-quality service, including processing endorsements, issuing proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions.
- Follow established SOPs and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems.
- Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
