We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Commercial Lines Sales Executives and carrier partners. This role involves placing new business, servicing existing clients, and building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market new and renewal business to carriers—independently and alongside Sales Executives and Marketers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives on strategies for new and renewal accounts.
  • Prepare proposals and renewal summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with care.
  • Deliver high-quality service, including processing endorsements, issuing proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions.
  • Follow established SOPs and best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
