Job Description

Position Overview

We’re partnering with a hyper-growth, AI-driven SaaS company that’s redefining how developers build, scale, and ship modern web applications. Based in San Francisco or New York (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office), and offering Compensation: $185,000 - $250,000 Base + RSUs, this role puts you in charge of global demand generation and performance marketing at scale. As Performance Marketing Manager (Demand Generation), you will design, execute, and optimize digital acquisition strategies that fuel customer growth while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and collaborating with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, display, retargeting, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and execute campaign strategy from audience segmentation through to launch, optimization, and ROI reporting.
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget, improving CAC efficiency and LTV:CAC ratios.
  • Drive funnel optimization and attribution modeling, collaborating with Growth Ops and Data teams.
  • Lead a testing roadmap of A/B and multivariate experiments across channels, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with GTM initiatives, launches, and enterprise motions.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with insights and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing (ideally SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise tech).
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through digital campaigns.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, DSPs, and analytics/attribution platforms (Looker, Segment, Amplitude, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution models, and performance economics.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets across multiple regions and segments.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with creative instincts for scaling new channels.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with Growth, Sales, Product, and Marketing partners.
