Position Overview
Insight Global's engineering client is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician based in Atlanta, GA to provide Level 1 support. In this contract-to-hire role, you will deliver both in-person and remote internal employee desktop support, troubleshooting, and service monitoring. Occasional travel to the local office is required (1 time a week for the first month, then as needed). This position offers a growth opportunity within a company that values diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote desktop support to internal employees.
