Position Overview

Community First Credit Union is seeking an accomplished marketing executive to join their team in the role of Senior Vice President of Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the SVP leads a multidisciplinary team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels. This role oversees brand stewardship, market research, budget management, and performance analytics while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver data-driven campaigns, product launches, and member engagement initiatives aligned with the credit union’s strategic objectives.

Community First Credit Union, a state-chartered credit union founded in 1935 in a high school basement, has grown to become one of Florida's largest credit unions with 24 branches, serving over 180,000 members and holding assets exceeding $2.7 billion. Location: Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels.
  • Oversee brand stewardship, market research, budget management, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to launch data-driven campaigns, product introductions, and member engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or a credit union.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree is preferred.
