Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and internal support to your assigned team.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and team members by directing calls to the appropriate escalation path.
  • Record detailed notes on phone calls and maintain accurate documentation according to standard processes.
  • Educate and inform customers about processes, timelines, and inquiry statuses via multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve issues with a one-call/one-person approach.
  • Investigate customer feedback and track trends to support service improvements.
  • Assist with developing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
  • Must meet minimum typing requirements.
  • Previous clerical or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
