Job Description

Position Overview

Join Odoo as a Software Sales Representative / Account Executive in a dynamic hybrid role (40% remote and 60% onsite in Buffalo, NY). You will work with companies to streamline their business processes using Odoo’s top open-source ERP SaaS software. In this role, you will engage in consultative selling, tailoring solutions that meet prospect needs, all while contributing to our rapid growth in the American market. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Note: We do not sponsor employment visas.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to drive the growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inbound lead conversion to initial close and post-sale upselling.
  • Act as a solution engineer by analyzing prospects' business operations and developing tailored Odoo implementation packages.
  • Sell a diverse SaaS offering across various industries in the American region.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process.
  • Achieve revenue targets in a quota-bearing role.
  • Participate in team reviews and share best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of business operations.
  • Familiarity with the software provider landscape across various verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and communicate effectively.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet objectives.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker capable of strategizing in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a sales role at a SaaS provider.
  • 1+ years experience in a closing sales role at a SaaS provider.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

  • Compensation: Estimated annual OTE $69,000–$93,000 with a base salary range of $45,000–$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, experience, and location.
