Performance Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Synapse is a rapidly growing performance marketing firm specializing in paid search advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media, analytics, and conversion optimization. We are on a mission to build a more data-centric, client-focused SEM firm by leveraging advanced data analysis techniques. We are seeking a bold Performance Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will help optimize and support key programs across Paid Search, Social Media, and SEO. Key Responsibilities

• Identify key trends within various paid media campaigns.
• Build new campaigns within Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Conduct keyword and targeting research to help expand and optimize campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to optimize client campaigns.
• Work with the account supervisor to prioritize projects across various clients.
• Analyze data using advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM. Training will be provided.
• Training will be provided across paid search, social media, and SEO.

Required Qualifications

• A top academic performer with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data sets and identify key findings and next steps.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Self-confidence with a willingness to learn from others in a collaborative setting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Interest in working with a young, rapidly growing SEM firm.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Math/Statistics.
