Entry Level Software Developer

Position Overview

This is an in-office position based out of our location in Houston, TX. Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for creative individuals driven to produce great software solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting development projects for both new and existing products across various platforms including Windows, .NET, Linux, iOS, and Android.

As a developer, you will be responsible for reviewing specifications, providing technical designs, and coding and testing your own projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review specifications and contribute innovative ideas
• Provide technical designs for software solutions
• Code and test your own projects

Required Qualifications

• Ability to be productive both individually and as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail
• Self-starter with initiative who takes personal responsibility and pride in their work
• Leadership potential is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or graduation from a technical school or boot camp is a plus, but NOT required – training is provided
