Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom, or global contact centers.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Flexible working hours including shifts during mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work remotely following established guidelines and legal authorization in the assigned location.
  • Experience with team calls, video interactions, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) for enhanced productivity.
