Key Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding customer experience for English-speaking users on social media platforms by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Keep up-to-date with social media processes, applications, and best practices to continuously improve support.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom, or global contact centers.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Flexible working hours including shifts during mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work remotely following established guidelines and legal authorization in the assigned location.
- Experience with team calls, video interactions, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) for enhanced productivity.

- Understanding of data security protocols and successful background checks.
