Key Responsibilities

  • Connecting with Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls, address questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers through application processes for various assistance programs.
  • Managing Applications: Assist customers in completing applications, review income documentation, and ensure accurate processing to determine eligibility.
  • Organizing Information: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our systems.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet program goals and deliver outstanding service.
