Junior Account Manager [Entry Level]

Position Overview

As a Junior Account Manager at Eclipse Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering excellent face-to-face customer service, driving sales and client satisfaction, managing client campaigns, and supporting team development. This role is part of a dynamic sales and marketing firm that values personal communication and the growth of its people. In addition, the role offers competitiveCompensation:a base hourly wage plus bonuses and incentives based on a 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, including face-to-face sales
• Assess customer needs to recommend the best solution
• Increase sales for both the client and the company to meet goals
• Participate in and develop office activities to reinforce best practices
• Manage and oversee client campaigns
• Drive team development and management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service
• Commitment to driving and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Solution-oriented approach in the face of challenges
• Sports-minded and a team player
• Internally motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Entry-level / Intermediate technical and digital experience
