Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle upgrades and account inquiries regarding our most up-to-date offers and promotional campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our client's needs are met while representing our company in a professional manner
- Understand accountability and hold yourself to the standards of the company, ensuring that you can meet the daily expectations
- Lead and train a team of Sales Representatives, after understanding what goes into properly running and promoting a campaign
- Create an uplifting work environment with an open-door policy and constant access to the knowledge needed to further one's personal and professional growth
- Retain clients at a high rate and build relationships throughout the entirety of the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable
- An adaptable mindset that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- An Associate's degree or professional equivalent certificate is required
- The ability and willingness to train and coach others
- Public speaking skills with excellent verbal communication
- A team-oriented mindset while also being comfortable individually
- A punctual work ethic, always being on time with a positive attitude
- Basic computer and technological skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership/management role is highly preferred
