Position Overview

Vector Marketing is seeking part-time sales representatives to join our customer service–oriented team. In this role, you will conduct relaxed, one-on-one appointments to present and sell Cutco products. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy guaranteed base pay (whichever is higher: base pay or commission) and flexible scheduling—allowing you to set your own availability. You will also benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments with potential customers, both in-person (local area) and virtually.
• Present and demonstrate Cutco products, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
• Submit orders online or via our mobile app and review sales performance with your manager.
• Attend training sessions and optional weekly Zoom meetings to keep your skills sharp.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Must be at least 17 or 18 years old and a high school graduate (conditions apply).
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic sales environment.
• Availability to interview within the next 5 to 7 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others, regardless of prior sales experience.
• Any customer service, retail, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and a variety of work environments.
