Position Overview

As a digital marketing expert resource, you will work directly with our client and their dealers to implement industry leading digital best practices through in-person consultations, training, data analysis, videos, and webinars. The goal is to optimize the dealer’s digital performance, deliver strategic digital consulting, analytics reporting, and establish a premium online customer experience during the vehicle shopping process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement industry-leading digital best practices through in-person consultations, training sessions, data analysis, videos, and webinars.
  • Optimize dealers' digital performance by delivering strategic digital consulting and analytics reporting.
  • Establish a premium online customer experience for vehicle shoppers.
  • Travel extensively to support dealerships in locations such as Rochester, Albany, Syracuse, and areas in between.

Required Qualifications

  • A passion for both automotive and digital, with previous automotive experience in roles such as Marketing Manager, eCommerce Director, or Internet Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealership sales strategy, marketing, and operations to integrate digital strategy effectively into business plans.
  • Expert proficiency with digital tools including Dealership Websites, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Reputation Management, CRM/DMS Systems, and Google Adwords/Analytics.
  • Exceptional professionalism, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various locations.
