We believe in learning by doing. Our University Programs are crafted to fast-track the careers of future leaders and change makers. If you are a curious and ambitious individual willing to embrace opportunities in different locations across our company, consider applying to our Supply Chain Trainee (SCTP) Internship Program. During the 10‑week internship, you will gain an in‑depth view of how the world’s largest brewer manages its supply chain—from the barley fields to local bars—and participate in a project that delivers real business results. This internship is the first step toward joining our full‑time Supply Chain Trainee Program, which prepares you for your first role as a front‑line manager leading a team of hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in a Sales & Distribution Center, Brewery, or Corporate Headquarters.
  • Work on projects with real business impact – solving problems or implementing improvements in the supply chain organization.
  • Dive deep into support functions while gaining exposure to senior leadership throughout the program.
  • Develop your skillset and build long-term career potential through leadership and functional trainings.
  • Present your project results to the North American Logistics Leadership Team upon successful completion.

  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
