Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
- Ensure all chat interactions meet company quality and compliance standards.
- Accurately log chat interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of the company’s products, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with basic tasks such as password resets, account issues, and order tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written communication and typing skills (min. 35 WPM).
- Proficient in English with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A calm, patient, and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote work environment.
- No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in customer service, online support, or chat handling is a plus.
