Position Overview

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. We are experiencing exciting and fast growth and are looking for a driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our influencer team for Magic: The Gathering. In this role, you will drive innovative influencer and creator campaigns, collaboratively work with multiple internal teams, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance our year-round marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and grow influencer and creator programs across our diverse portfolio of products.
  • Apply a meticulous and data-driven process to source, vet, negotiate, and contract influencer content while partnering with cross-functional teams including brand, community management, global digital and social media, legal, and creative services.
  • Track the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and proactively share data-backed insights for future executions.
  • Manage influencer and agency relationships to scale activations long-term.
  • Support multiple campaigns, products, and brand initiatives simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in an evolving influencer landscape and bring innovative solutions to day-to-day contributions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on influencer marketing and execution experience across major social platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Experience in corporate or agency consumer marketing organizations.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with business partners in a growing and evolving organization.
  • Experience using influencer analytics platforms and extrapolating key business insights.
  • Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing standards and rules of engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for video games and empathy for influencers, creators, players, and the global gaming community.
  • A basic understanding of, and experience with, Magic’s products and communities is a plus.
