Position Overview

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR) is a global financial services company known for its cutting-edge technology and client commitment. As the Market Data Junior Analyst, you will join a dynamic, multi-national team responsible for market data administration, vendor/contract management, policy review, and process improvements. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) that plays a crucial part in supporting global exchange statistics, internal client onboarding, and vendor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Exchange Support: Research and compile statistics and policies using online tools and support market data audits.
  • Internal Client Support: Provide accurate and timely support, ensuring new requests follow the appropriate onboarding processes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the lifecycle of subscription services for internal customers, analyze spending, and evaluate new service opportunities.
  • Vendor Compliance: Assist with spot checks and research for regulatory and compliance reviews, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement: Support projects to streamline market data vendor initiatives, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation on market data processes, usage guidelines, and subscriber information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or History
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Information Associate and FISD Data Licensing (desirable)
  • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
