Position Overview

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Sanitation professional for a warehouse role in Jurupa Valley, CA. This role offers weekly pay with Salary: $19.00 per hour and Compensation: $1.00 Shift Differential. Location: Jurupa Valley, CA 91752. Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Cleaning the exterior areas of the building, including windows, walkways, and emptying trash containers and receptacles.
• Sweeping and scrubbing the warehouse floors and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Wiping down racks, guard rails, and walls in both warehouse and office areas.
• Performing additional duties as assigned, including overtime when needed.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and tour-ready facility.
• Assisting Maintenance Technicians with light maintenance activities such as painting.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Required: One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Depending on location, candidates may be required to be equipment certified.
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing work conditions.
• Attention to detail with excellent follow-up practices.
