Position Overview

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer leads across online, phone, and in-person channels.
• Guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience.
• Provide detailed vehicle information and answer inquiries effectively.
• Meet targeted income goals while exceeding automotive sales and customer service objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted personal income goals.
• Experience Required: Over 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong follow-up skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help people and exceed customer expectations.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
