Senior Financial Analyst - GTM Finance/Deal Desk

Position Overview
CoreWeave's GTM Finance team partners with our rapidly growing Sales organization to structure deals that drive sustainable long‐term growth. Working where finance, sales, operations, and strategy intersect, the team builds repeatable processes, enables high-velocity decision-making, and supports best-in-class client experiences.
In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to Account Executives, Account Managers, and Revenue leadership by structuring and evaluating commercial proposals. You will review pricing requests, build financial models, evaluate P&L impacts, and creatively solve complex challenges to align customer needs with CoreWeave’s strategic and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key business partner to Account Executives, Account Managers, and Revenue leadership.
- Review pricing requests and build comprehensive financial models.
- Evaluate P&L impacts and analyze deal economics to support decision-making.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to guide the sales team.
- Collaborate across finance, sales, operations, and strategy to drive sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in deal desk, financial analysis, sales finance, FP&A, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and interpret P&Ls, scenario models, and margin analyses.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pricing tools.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise guidance.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales organizations or working with customer-facing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and structure commercial contracts or pricing proposals.
- Exposure to revenue recognition concepts and cross-functional work with Legal and Accounting teams.
- Experience in a cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure-as-a-service environment.
- Familiarity with GPU-based compute, cloud economics, or infrastructure-related cost drivers.
- Prior experience optimizing deal desk processes, approval workflows, or pricing frameworks.
Benefits & Perks
- Salary: $98,000 - $143,000 per year
- Compensation: Starting salary determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location; includes a discretionary bonus and equity awards
