Entry-Level Computer Support Assistant Position

Are you interested in an IT career? If you are looking for an IT position in New Kensington, there is now an Entry-Level Computer Support Assistant position available. Computer Support Assistants work at the Help Desk, and are part of the overall IT team.

As part of the Help Desk team, Computer Support Assistants provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
